Does anyone have a solution for notifying email recipients when an Excel
file has been updated on a network?  Basically an email notifying hard coded
recipients the chnages and the changes that were made.  Any advice will be
greatly appreciated.

In an exchange enviroment, folders can be shared among users.
But it seems to me that, on a larger scale, this can be pretty tedious.
