Is there a free utility to sync my Palm Calender with Outlook 2003? I am converting over and really cannot manually transfer the data. If someone out there knows of such a utility could you post a URL to download from?

After upgrading office staff from Outlook 2000 (SR1) being the most reliable version ever issued I find that rules along the lines of "Move email which comes via this account" are no longer reliable. Situation is SBS2000 with Exchange 2000 - all SBS Service Packs fitted.

I have installed MS Outlook from my Office 2003 CD. When i open the program up, I cannot get to the Calender. I go to the VIEW menu and I still cannot get to the Calender. i want to use Outlook vive Outlook Express on my home computer. Any suggestions of what i may be doing

I am trying to apply clip art to emails that I am sending out. I was able to do it once, but I am not certain how I did it. If I attach the clip art it only shows up as an attachment (it isn't open) and thats not what I want. I want to see the picture open.

I put the wrong account type when doing the start up wizard for outlook. Now it tells me that it is invalid but will not keep the program open so I can delete the account and open the correct one. Thank you

After clicking on send/receive... I can see the emails retrieval process in action... checking each account and listing the number of emails being retrieved. However, the emial are not displayed in any of the folders, not even the inbox. Where is my mail going... has someone ...

Since re-installing XP and Office 2003 some Russian text in e-mails and some accented characters in Outlook contacts folder and some e-mails are not displaying as they should. When on Internet I can see Russian characters displayed OK, so problem seems

When I create a task, is there a way for this task to automatically show up on the calendar? I can drag and drop the task on the calendar, but I'd like it to show up automatically. Thanks.

I ask because in another thread it was stated that auto-archive always appends, but lots of advice on multiple sites caution the user that it always over-writes. If it always appends, then I can use it. If it always overwrites, I can't. I think this is a very important distinction ...

in tool and formating e-mails the edit with word 2003 buttons are grayed out does this mean I can't use my word 2002 program for editing as it gives me no other choice in my Outlook.
