When I write a new email and click Send, the mail sits in the Outbox and
will only go when I click Send/Receive. Previously the mail went as soon as
I clicked Send. Has some setting changed and can I fix this.

window UNDERNEATH Outlook.  To access it, I have to either double-click a

When I OPEN an email message, Outlook opens the message in a new window, but
