Using Office 2003 on WinXP Pro PC. Just recently I have been receiving an occasional email that only has an envelope in the inbox. The contents including From,etc are bland. Any ideas ?

Sometimes my mail gets stuck in the outbox. I go to outbox, open it, verify it is being sent under the correct account, and send it. It always sends at this point, but when I go under sent items it was sent under a completely different account!!!

We have a PC that two users share...and it also has Outlook 2003 installed on it. Each user has their own sign-on onto the PC. Here's the issue....when person1 signs on, she is able to send/receive fine. But when Person2 signs on.....and she looks in her "Sent Items" folder.. ...
