Greetings.  I am running Outlook 2002 SP3 with all updates installed on a PC
running Windows XP Professional SP2.  Messages are neither send or received.  
All messages I send remain in the Outbox.  When I click "Send/receive", I'm
able to see the "Outlook Send/Receve Progress" ...

A while back I was missing / lost / corrupted a "calandar" folder in
