To re-enable this prompt (As what SP was asking), you navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Options\NewFolder
and turn NoShortcutPrompt from value of 1 to value of 0. Close
Outlook, reopen, create a new folder and you will be prompted to add

In Lotus Notes, there is a normal command - Send and File - which allows one
to both send an e-mail out and identify a folder for the e-mail to be put

Outlook 2003 SP1
When Outlook trys to Send\Receive it hangs up when checking my pop3
accounts. No error messages. Then the computer slows down until it freezes

I'm using Outlook 2003.  I've lost the 31 day view and the week view.
Calendar only displays a text-based detail list.  How can I restore the 31
