There's a toolbar icon available to quickly empty the primary recycle bin. But other folders from the networks have a recyle bin, too. There are a gazillion folders and I don't like the Outlook Bar as it steals valuable spacek for me, so was hoping to find out if there was

I have two accounts set up on my xp pro computer one has all my normal startup programs, one is VERY limited for when I'm doing processor intensive tasks, and want nothing in the background I have two user profiles/identities on outlook under my main profile.

I am running Outlook 2002 and when I click into the program, no matter what I click, Outlook gets out of its dormant state. I have check to see if the settings for email retrieval and it is set to 1 minute to check a Exchange server. For example: I create an email and hit send.
