Is there a way to write several rules and then combine them into a single
rule?  Well, without writing a new rule.  This selection is not available in
the rules wizard so is there a way to create a rule without using the wizard?
I guess that's really two questions.

Many users in my organization get Dr.Watson errors on a regular basis when
they are using Outlook. They are all running Windows NT4 SP6 with Outlook 98.
