I have two users set up on my computer using XP and Office 2003. One user can type and send emails with no problem. The other user can type emails but they arrive blank. They are even blank in the "sent" folder. I can figure out why.

Does anybody know of a tool, utility, etc that would allow me as an administrator to connect to a W2K, XP machine on the network and add e-mail profiles that show no matter what user logs on? I have multiple users who use multiple machines and want their regular e-mail profile ...

When I click on and web url, it brings up my explorer, not internet explorer. What happened? How can I change it back? When I do control, click, I get "no program is registered to open this program"

I'm using Outlook 2003. I've created numerous sub-folders under INBOX. Is there anyway of making selected folders PRIVATE? I don't particularly want to hide them but would like to maybe 'password protect' them from prying eyes.

Can Outlook or Outlook Express be used on a LAN with no Internet Connection ? I have an office network of 5 PC's. I would like to use the features of outlook to improve communication and delagate tasks. But I cannot connect the LAN to the Internet for Security reasons.

I am running Windows 2000 sp4. Is there any way to use Outlook Connector without using WebDAV? I am behind a firewall that blocks these requests, and I have no chance of getting the rules changed. I see the following error message in the Outlook Connector log:

I have a client that is getting a new computer. I can move the pst file from one system to the other. However, this doesn't move the email address and settings. I understand that the settings are kept in the registry.

I want to setup my outlook apointment book to be accessed via remote with the built in XP remote desktop connection. Is there a way to have more than one person accessing it and adding an apointment or will it work only for one user at a time? Ideas?

has anybody had problems with pdf and tif files that do not open in Outlook? Outlook is abit old though. Thing is. xls, doc files open but my pfd or tif files do not. Any ideas? I am the admin of my computer ... Internet security level doesn't seem to do

I was having some problems with my Outlook email - so I hit the detect and repair button - it somehow erased my entire mailbox. Is there anyway to retrieve that information off a server?
