Is there anyone out there who has tips on how to speed up

After upgrading our exchange 4.5 server to Exchange 2003, a couple of our

find sending mail to be a sparaticaly slow task. It only effects a few
people but I can't figure out why!!!!

I have a user where about every 2 weeks, all the mail he has folderized
/ deleted keeps on returing to his inbox. I have a suspission that this
is caused by a faulty profile. If anyone can shed light on this, it
