Is there any possibility to automatically configure 'send/receive

I downloaded the patches for Office 2000, which is installed on my computer.  
I now get the following error message when I try to sync my Franklin-Covey
planner to Outlook:   "Outlook 98-E0001 TrueSunc could not connect to

Hyperlinks not working in Outlook express29 Mar 2005 10:20 GMT1
Hyperlinks are not working when clicking on them , while  MS Explorer is
opened. However if MS Explorer is not open, Outlook express will succesfully
launch MS Explorer and go to the requested Hyperlink.
I use Windows XP  and have SP2 installed.
