I have an issue that sometimes I start a reply to an email but sort out the issue before I hit the send button. I therefore close the message and click no to save. However, even after not saving, the message icon against the original in my inbox has already changed to replied.

I am using Outlook 2003 and when I send an email 2 emails get recorded in the sent items. If i sent an email to xyz@abc.com sent items will have 2 emails sent to xyz@abc.com. However the recepient that is xyz@abc.com will recieve only 1

I have just got this version - from OL2002. When I double-click on a message to open it, it opens in a new window on my task bar. I have to either open that or double-click again to open it normally. I'm sure there must be an option to fix this but cannot find it anywhere.

I often receive email where I am one of several recepients. Usually, if you right-click on the name of someone in the TO list, you can choose Properties, and determine that person's email address. That can be a problem for that person, if he/she wants to keep his/her email ...

When reading my email via OWA, I have a problem when I go to Forward it, Reply, etc... The email sort of hangs on the Reply, Forward attempt. It doesn't literally hang, but it doesn't completely fill-in when I hit Reply or Forward.

Sometimes an email comes in and automatically gets completely deleted! It does not even goto the deleted items folder. It just appears in the inbox for a second and is gone. The emails have nothing bad about them. I checked the junk email list
