Outlook2003/XP
User is doing a search but the search is bringing up the earliest items
first and not the latest. (February 2005 before April 2005).
It will eventually populate the latest..eventually.

Two of my users who share one comuputer have two instances of the same

When I start typing an email address, Outlook automatically fills in
the rest - however often it uses an out of date address, even though
I've updated it in Contacts.
Is there some way to clean out the buffer of remembered email addresses

All the emails with jpg files only show an X in a box. How can I allow these

Windows XP/home - Outlook 2000
I have a document that hangs outlook so bad I need to terminate the task.
I moved it to the deletes files, but when I trry to empty the folder it
hangs Outlook.

For the past two days I have been getting a pop up window
that says "A program is trying to access email addresses
you have stored in Outlook.  Do you want to allow this?"
I just did a complete scan of my hard drive and no virus

I've recently noticed that (maybe it happened when I upgraded from Outlook
2000 to 2002) that some unread messages in the Inbox are not bold black, but
instead are bold grey.  And some read messages are not normal black, but

I want to be able to blend more then one calendar together in outlook 2003.
When I open a shared calendar from Exchange I am able to see both mine and
the shared calendar in what outlook calls Side-by-side view. What I want is
the option to see both my calendar and shared ...

I am use to using Outlook Express and there is a "switch identities" tab. Is
there some equivalant with ouotlook? When I hit "send receive" I get mail for
all 4 of my accounts when I only want one at a time to be accessed.

Working in a Microsoft Exchange enviroment, using Office XP.  One of our
users has no out of office assistant in the tools menu of outlook.  Other
users have the assistant, using the same version of office.  We've
reinstalled office on his computer, with no change.  Not sure ...
