is it possible to make one computer in a network a fax server using win xp, office 2003, and fax/modem. So other computer on the LAN can send and recieve faxes via the modem. If so how to configure windows so other computers can find the fax printer

Is there a 3rd party software that would let Outlook be the newsreader. Can someone point me to a link if there is one. The reason I ask is because in another group someone is saying they are using Outlook not OE as the newsreader. Maybe there is but I doubt it .

Does anyone know of any reliable software we can use along with OL 2003 to answer a 2-4 line phone system? Hopefully it would use OL 2003 as the Contact Manager and for email but would have some fax and telephone broadcast capabilities, call forwarding etc.

I use a rule to defer sending of "normal" importance e-mails by 5 minutes. Many times an outgoing message will get "stuck" in the outbox after it should have been sent. Opening the missive and attempting to change the send time does nothing. Outlook also fails to say the

I'm using O2003. I have a desktop and a laptop. What I currently do is have my PST file on an external hard drive and I use the hard drive at work with my desktop and carry it with me when I travel with my laptop. I only have the PST file on the external drive.
