We have one exch2k and Outlook 2002 clients. Sometimes new incoming unread emails are not marked as unread in Outlook. Why is that? Thanks Calvin

I deleted four IMAP accounts out of seven from Outlook 2003. The four deleted accounts immediately disappeared from "Favorite Folders" but they still appear in my "All Mail Folders" view. This is strange and bothersome. The deleted accounts not not have .pst

Is there a way to configure the sticky notes in Outlook (2003) so that a vertical scroll bar displays when appropriate? As it is now. there's really no way to know if there's more text in the note than what displays in the note as it is sized.
