I have a user that has deleted his Junk-Email folder in Outlook 2000. We
have Exchange 2003 servers and are using the built in junk mail filtering
with GFI mail essentials so

I need to attach a reference automatically to all outgoing e-mails. I have MS
Outlook 2003 & Exchange server 2000.

How do I do this? I found information on WHAT to do, but not how. I am the
sole user of the computer and would like to be able to allow attachments
from known recipients. The same thing is happening in OE as well.

If I right click my hotmail folder's Junk Email folder and select empty, it
clears down the list of emails shown within that folder, though on the next
Send/Recv cycle, the list reappears. I don't think that Empty actually
works. Is this bug going to be fixed ?

I'm trying to create a script that I can assign to a Rule that automatically
saves the email based on Subject content as a txt file to a specified network
folder.
The Rule part is easy... but the part that has me scratching my head is the

When I close outlook, it doesn't close completely.  Then, when I try to
reopen Outlook it won't open.  If I look in Task Manager, it will show
multiple copies of Outlook open.

latest patches applied. Things work very well except for 1 item. If I have
Outlook open, leave it open, walk away for a while and come back as soon as
