I have noticed in MS Outlook 2000 that I can not add newsgroups as in Outlook Express. Can newsgroups be added to Outlook 2000? Where and how? I'd appreciate some guidance if anyone knows the solution. Thanks.

How do I switch between different user names/ emails in outlook? This should be easy but I have searched and searched for this simple instruction to no avail. Also can each username have is own calendar and so on?

When I print the day view out of Outlook, I see a notes area on the right bottom of the page, but don't know how to add to that area. Could you please let me know what I'm missing. Thanks

I'm in an Exchange Server environment, using an Outlook 2000 client, with a very large OST file - 1.4 MB - I save everything - all sent emails, all received emails - I guess I could turn Archive on, but then I wouldn't be able to search EVERYTHING at the same time - any suggestions ...

Is there an add-on to outlook express that will put a larger flag up and leave it there until you acknowledge there is mail. If I walk away from my office, when I come back I tend to miss the little block down in the corner. Thanks

Outlook 2003 won't create an NK2 file with the frequently used e-mail addresses. No suggestions are made as I type in the address. I have Automatic Name Checking and Suggest Names checked. I tried populating the NK2 file this way:
