As I have 4 email accounts set up in Outlook, I understand that I can send
mail from each or any account.
The accounts are listed under tools / Send and Receive / then each of the
accounts.

I use a rule to defer sending of "normal" importance e-mails by 5
minutes. Many times an outgoing message will get "stuck" in the outbox
after it should have been sent.  Opening the missive and attempting to
change the send time does nothing. Outlook also fails to say the
