I like the all the coloured flags but unfortunately it is easy to get confused between the red and orange flags. It seems that the flags in general don't have a solid clear look. They are a bit hazy, probably a reason for this issue.

I have created a contact folder and wish to email the contacts in the folder with our latest news letter.Is there away of doing this so that all of the email addresses in the folder are not sent with every email . Thanks

I want to group contacts by category and then a sub-category for easy viewing. Apart from creating a new field for sub-category is there a way of doing this? Outlook doesn't seem to support sub-categories. Thanks

I created 2 autoresponders in Outlook XP for an opt-in / opt-out mechanism. The Rules Wizzard moves mail address to opt-in@mycompany.com to a special folder, replies with plain text Outlook template (*.oft) and Stops processing rules.

I would like to add a field to my "Contact" form and then save the form, so every time I edit or add a new contact this field is present ... I can edit the form, I can not figure out how to save the form with the changes I made ... any help would be most appreciated.

In OL2000 I am getting 'no mail transport provider...' error. I have looked in ms kb but the possible reasons for this are enormous. Is there a way to narrow down the real reason? Should I upgrade to ol2003? Would that help this problem in anyway?

Is it possible to copy my local pst file to backup while my Outlook is running? Any program I try to touch it (including DOS bat files with the copy command) result in an error message that another program is using it.
