I need to know how to preview my mail before opening it. Previously my Outlook was programmed to show the contents in the lower half of the screen without having to open the mailing.

I exported all my old contacts into a VCF file. The file is about 164Kb in size so I know that they are all there but when I try to import them into Outlook only the first contact is imported. How do I get Outlook to import all the other contacts as well ?

When in Outlook, going to new mail message/To/Select Names/drop down bar to: Contacts. Sometime the listing "Contacts is there and sometimes it isn't." Where should I start looking to find a solution?

This has happened to me before and I refuse to fix it the way I did last time. Last time I had to format the hard drive and start from scratch. So I am hoping someone in here can tell me the answer. I followed instructions for adding "News" to the Go toolbar in Outlook 2003.

I had a problem with a hard drive where I could no longer boot from it. Not wanting to lose all my information, I installed Windows on another HD and then copied my info from the original drive to the new HD. Pictures, documents and such were not a problem and I have recovered ...
