I need to know how to preview my mail before opening it. Previously my
Outlook was programmed to show the contents in the lower half of the screen
without having to open the mailing.

I exported all my old contacts into a VCF file.  The file is about
164Kb in size so I know that they are all there but when I try to
import them into Outlook only the first contact is imported.  How do I
get Outlook to import all the other contacts as well ?

Contacts.  Sometime the listing "Contacts is there and sometimes it isn't."
