i've over 5,000 Contact records currently using the generic Contact form. i've just created a new Contact form. How can i open my existing records using the new form? Is there a quick way to do this? i'm using Outlook 2002 running on XP Professional, personal use.

I sychronise my phone to Outlook 2003. Is there a way to automatically accept that the relevent program is allowed to do this? At the momnet I have to give permission each time by allowing access to the address book for a number of minutes.

When I logged into my email (MS Outlook 2003), I saw the email send/receiving. But then it disappeared from my inbox. I have my pc set up for multiple users and set my husbands email on his user account and everything shows up in groups by day that the email was sent, but mine ...

I NEED TO SET UP A DISTRIBUTION LIST. I ATTEMPTED TO DO IT AND I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE 'THE PERSONAL DISTRIBUTION LIST(S) THIS MESSAGE IS ADDRESSED TO MUST CONTAIN RECIPIENTS. ADD AT LEAST ONE REDIPIENT TO EACH LIST'. I AM USING OFFICE XP PROFESSIONAL EDITION.

Since I installed Norton AntiVirus on my comp, outlook opens so slowly. It take 30-60s. What could be wrong? thanks

If you please, I use Outlook 2003 with all fixes, on XP-Pro SP2, also fully updated. Also have 6 email addresses registered, 3 on MSN.com and 3 on Hotmail.com, distributed in my family.

I am running Office2K3 sp1 attached to an Exchange server. When I open the public folders in Outlook I do not see all my public folders. If I connect to the exchange server using the web client it is fine.
