I have a message with a 2MB zip attachment. It is stuck transmitting, and I can't open it or delete it. Is there a way to kill this message stuck in transit? I've sent zip files much larger to the same recipient, so I don't believe

I'm using Outlook 2003, but I can't always hear the sound when mail is coming in. I don't like the one it makes now & it's not loud enough. How can I change the sound?
