Outlook in Exchange environment03 Apr 2005 20:54 GMT1
I've been asked to set up Exchange Server 2003 and implement it so that
users from both inside and outside our company can access it. I've played
with Exchange's web access client and that is working fine. What I'm testing
now is Outlook installed on individual workstations.

Why won't' Outlook close03 Apr 2005 19:55 GMT1
When you quit Outlook, it appears to quit as expected, but it does not. You
can see the Outlook.exe file in Close Program dialog box which means that
Outlook is still running. You must terminate the process in the Close Program
dialog box. To do this, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, click ...

When I try to have Outlook XP (2002 edition) import address from Outlook
