I have 2 users who are experiencing intermittent problems when adding
appointments to their own calendar. I have been informed that when they try
to add an appointment Outlook does not bring up the New Appointment window.

Is it possible to setup several hotmail accounts and depending upon the
person you reply to, use one of those accounts  ?
If not, then .... could it be added to the wish-list ? ie, you define a user
for your address book and then the account you wish to use to reply to them

I am experiencing a problem reading outlook files saved from work(a
pst) and imported to outlook at home.

When I delete any message from any folder or pst, I get the error:
"This item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or
access was denied."
