I want to autoconfigure outlook 2003 with the help of administrative
templeates for outlook 2003 that i got with office resource kit  for my
local exchange server
is it possible to do so ?

When I add a task the "Name" of the "Contact" is added to the task... but how
do I add the "Company" name and/or "Telephone Number" to the task list?

Hello guys, a question.
Is there a way to automatically open attachments ?
I mean, exactly after clicking on the email, i want some kind of
attachments (tif images) to open automatically, either in the mail window

My boss prefer to see every mails we sent to the client, therefore we must
type his e-mail address on our Bcc: block.
He knew that it might waste our time to typing his e-mail address, though

I followed instructions of adding NEWS to GO menu, by dragging it to the GO
menu, after 'dropping' it on the GO menu, I can't find it anywhere!!!!!!!
Now I can't select NEWS.??????
I am confused..........

Well my boss wants me to do something like when clients logins outlook
starts & then wont be able to quit outlook even if they want to .. :)

Outlook no longer plays a notification sound when I receive new mail.
I have checked Tools / Properties and the box is ticked as it should be.
When I go to Control Panel / Sound and Audio Devices / Progam Events I can
preview the sound with no problem.

I am new to outlook, and am trying to setup 4 accounts on one computer. I am
the administrator. No matter what I put in as my profile- I am unable to
finish. Thanks in advance.

unsafe content"?

i used to be able to access all of the email in my inbox. when i upgraded to
MS office 2003, i can only access the last 2 weeks of emails in my inbox. how
can i see them all?

When I right click on a message, a menu pops out. I need to send a new email
to that contact. Reply will insert the old message. I don't need the old
message.
