I followed instructions of adding NEWS to GO menu, by dragging it to the GO
menu, after 'dropping' it on the GO menu, I can't find it anywhere!!!!!!!
Now I can't select NEWS.??????

Well my boss wants me to do something like when clients logins outlook
starts & then wont be able to quit outlook even if they want to .. :)

Outlook no longer plays a notification sound when I receive new mail.
I have checked Tools / Properties and the box is ticked as it should be.
When I go to Control Panel / Sound and Audio Devices / Progam Events I can
preview the sound with no problem.

i used to be able to access all of the email in my inbox. when i upgraded to
MS office 2003, i can only access the last 2 weeks of emails in my inbox. how

When I right click on a message, a menu pops out. I need to send a new email
to that contact. Reply will insert the old message. I don't need the old
message.
