Hi, only on one computer, outlook 2003 & outlook  express can not send
emails. Allo ther computers can send to and from this pop3 account when it

I'm looking for a list of standard field names available in Outlook for
specific languages. Does such a list exist?
In the "Microsoft Outlook VB Reference" I found a list of English names

I just started using IMAP yesterday and at least once a day, normally more,

I have  about 10,000 messages in the inbox but that shouldn't matter.

Under Outlook in tool/options / mail format, if I have it set to plain text
and I create new mail, I do not
have the ability to select formatting options. Try it, it shows up under
customize ok, as soon as you select

We have recently moved from Groupwise 6.5 to Outlook 2003.  In Groupwise you
could view your attachments without opening them.
Is there a way to do that in Outlook or do you have to open them to see them?

Something weird happened recently and as a result I now have two complete
sets of folders containing calendar, contacts, inbox, etc.  One set is under
"Archive Folders" and the other set is under "Personal Folders".

We are on Outlook 2003 and are trying to email a distribution list to
one of our customers who runs Outlook 2000.  When the receipient
receives the distribution list, it is empty.  Can anyone tell me if

How can i delete old archives? I delete them manualy in the local
settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook-folder. But there are still in
the mapstructure.

I've got a user who creates autotext entries in Outlook 2003.  A day or two
after he creates them, they all dissappear.  He's got the latest office
updates installed on his computer.  I'm not sure where to go with this, any

Why when I compose a new message must I first hit send and then hit
send/recieve to have the message leave the outbox?   Is there an option to
