Outlook 2003 11.6359.6408 SP1 I just started using IMAP yesterday and at least once a day, normally more, Outlook will lockup when checking for new messages. I have about 10,000 messages in the inbox but that shouldn't matter.

Under Outlook in tool/options / mail format, if I have it set to plain text and I create new mail, I do not have the ability to select formatting options. Try it, it shows up under customize ok, as soon as you select

We have recently moved from Groupwise 6.5 to Outlook 2003. In Groupwise you could view your attachments without opening them. Is there a way to do that in Outlook or do you have to open them to see them? Thanks in advance.
