We have a domain server that crashed last week, I have pop3 email on a isp server on the internet. When they put the domain server up again they changed the domain name and everyone got a new profile. How do I recover messages

I go to the box where it says check for Word as your email editor. But the little box never gets hightlighted, so I can't check it. What gives? How can I get a word count in my e-mail?

When I try to open outlook I get the messeage "Cannot open microsoft outlook. Could not find the item." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've never had this problem before and don't know what to do. Can someone help?

Just set up Outlook 2003 and a personal address book since I'm more use to that format than contacts. When putting in a new entry one of the boxes that needs to be filled out is "E-mail type". What should I be using and how many types are there?

I have a Laptop which is running XP Home. I want it to access the local network which has Exchange server 2000 I believe. However when I run Outlook from the laptop it doesn't recognize the Exchange server.
