I have recently started using Outlook 2k3 and have a couple of questions about handling spam emails. I know you can just right-click on the Junk folder and delete all the messages inside. But, I like to at least preview the message list in the Junk

Thanks,but I had checked it again and again. 1.username is correct. 2.even I reboot the server and wait two days ,it can not showed in the list. 3.now I add any user,it will not be showed in the list.

Rule made to move messages from the Global Address List Address Book, on this machine only, move to a specific folder, quit working when Exchange server upgraded to 2003. Deleted and reintitiated the rule. No joy.
