I am running Win XP with Office 2000. For some reason my Office shortcut bar feature is not opening when I reboot. I have to go to my program files and find it in Microsoft Office Tools and activate it each time I reboot. How can I have this feature open automatically on startup?

We are running a case management program called Time Matters. It uses Outlook for its email client. This has been running fine for a couple of years. About a week ago, we started getting a message in Time Matters whenever we tried to open the Time Matters inbox that says:

When I go to use Outlook, it goes and slowly increases the usage of the Page File to the point where the machine becomes extremely slow. The computer otherwise is fine, it's just when I use Outlook from Office XP that it does this.

I've done this twice now: Set up Outlook with the button for news. I right clicked on the bar and clicked "customize", then commands, go, and dragged "news" to the bar. It opened Outlook express fine the first time. The second time I do it it goes to a file "C\program ...

This only happens with one of my contacts - but everytime she mails me I get two emails. Any idea why? There do not appear to be any rules set up that might cause this.

When I print my email, there is always a header - I think my main username. I can't seem to turn this off, though I can create or delete sub-headers.. outlook 2003 Thanks for help - Richard
