I have two profiles in Outlook 2003 so that I can split emails
(including server accounts etc) between the two companies I work for.
How can I have a common contacts and calendar for both profiles as I

I haven't been very succesful at using Outlook's "Advanced Find" tool.  It
simply doesn't seem to work very well.  Here's an example:
Let's say you get a lot of emails from various customers at a hypothetical
domain called "thedomain.com" and you want to find these emails.

I'm sure that in the past, when I replied to an email from a sender for the
first time, outlook automatically created an entry in my contacts list for
that sender.
I'm concious that my current version (outlook2003) doesn't seem to be doing

I run OL2000 with Word as my email editor. I have it set to
default to send in HTML.
On occasion, I need to send a message in Plain Text.

When I try to send email in Outlook 2000, I get this message:
"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was
rejected by the server. Server Response: '504<yourxhtr8hvc4p>:Helo
command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname'.

When I was on Lotus Notes I was able to click on All documents in my
Manager's Inbox but can't find a way to do this in Outlook

My reading pain is big and there is no header and the message area is still
very small with only 2 lines of text.

I have 2 users using  pop mail accounts (same pop server) with Outlook 2000.
For both I have it set to delete mail from the server after 3 days.  It is
working for one, but for the other one, the mail does not get deleted.  Not

I have tried everything to get the news group reader to work in Outlook2003.
When I go to the add command thing that m-soft says I should do there is no
NEWS button to add to the GO drop down menu.
Any suggestions?
