Outlook auto-replying to ALL incoming messages09 May 2005 21:22 GMT2
I have a user that is using Outlook 2002 for her email and all incoming
email is being auto-replied to with a blank message.  I have looked and
cannot find any rule or setting that would force this.  She is NOT connected

Issue raised today from Outlook users is that saved attachments have a
timestamp 1 hour ahead of PC time.  (we are GMT and have 1 hour daylight
daving currently) I have reproduced this and if you remove daylight
saving, attachments have the correct time but the PC/Outlook are 1 ...

I'm sure this must have come up before but I can't find a link.
I want to send an URL to someone from within IE6. I use the send a link
button and up pops an email with the text of the URL. However the email
header contains a warning notice stating

I am a (relatively) new user to outlook (XP home running under win98). Having
set up a whole series of appointments (most of which are weekly reoccuring)
outlook today is reporting some of them as all day events when they are not.  
Help suggests unchecking the all day event box - ...

Does Outlook have the option to return to writing or editing an email after
running spellcheck and before sending the email? It seems to send the email
automatically after running spellcheck. Is there an option or override to
prevent this?

I just changed from outlook express to outlook. When I want to create a new
mail message, the message has a "from" line above the "to" line. I don't want
to type my sender name in each time. How do I make my email the default
:from" email?

is it possible to recover deleted email from a pst file before the file has
been compacted?  it seems since until you run compact the file doesn't get
smaller the information mut still be there.
No exchange server by the way.  just email in local pst file.

I have a couple of Personal Folders that I would like to stay open at
all times.  Mainly, I would like them to be open when I start Outlook
2003.  Is there any way to set up a folder so that it stays open?

My signature looks perfekt in Outlook 2003 and XP versions. But when the
signature is received by Notes users, the background pictures are missing
and the table text is moved to the right.
