I'm using Outlook 2003 and see at the bottom of my personal folders list, another personal folders with the "+" sign against it. If I try and click the "+" I get the message "The set of folders could not be opened"

Report says there is a winword error so I unchecked Word 2003 as mail editor and outlook works fine. Is this bug well known? Best regards,

When I click open a minimized Outlook 2003 by clicking on the "you've got e-mail envelope" next to my clock, is it possible to get it to open in the Unread Mail favorite folder instead of the inbox?

my pst file size is about 252MB, and due to some improper shutdowns i think its a bit damaged. but its opening well in outlook. and now whenever it craches, and i run outlook, it repairs itself, and gives no error.
