Just discovered the video e-mail add-in. It's perfect for a novice like my
Mom for sending video email to me (and vice versa). However, it seems the

Power blew off and corrupted my outlook.pst file. I did a SCANPST of my

Hi, I can't enter Outlook 2003. I only recently installed Office 2003 and
have never got in to Outlook. On trying to open the program up it hesitates
for about 15-20 seconds and then advises that it cannot access my MS Exchange
server.
