Might someone help me relocate a search utility that integrates directly into Outlook to the point of showing search results in Outlook and which also allows it to open S/MIME encrypted emails? Thanks!!!!!

When I load up my Outlook 2000, it starts up to the inbox which is fine. If I click send/receive, it opens up another inbox screen with the same emails as in the first inbox. Same thing when clicking send/receive even more times. This has been happening for about 5

In my previous operating system, my Outlook contact files showed both the Company and the Contact Name in bold type in the shaded area at the top of each contact file. In XP, I can get either the Company or the Contact in the shaded area but not both. What am I missing?

I've exported a mailbox to a pst file from outlook 2003. When my user tries to open this pst file from his outlook xp, he got an error saying "unable to open the file because it's created from the newer version of outlook"..... any fix?
