After opening outlook will freeze up and I get " The instruction at "0x35169137" referenced memory at "0x04373490". The memory could not be read. Click ok to terminate the program. I have all ready tried to repair and didn't help.

I use Word 2003 as my email composer. Just recently (maybe since the last update to the spam filters) whenever I write an email I am always asked if I want to save changes to normal.dot when I close Outlook. Makes no difference whether I say 'yes' or 'no' it always asks again next ...

OK, I have an unusual situation...when user 1 replies to user 2, he receives a copy of his reply. This does not happen to any other user to whom he replies. It is ONLY when he replies to this one particular person that he receives a copy of his own reply.

I am running Office XP and I'm having trouble importing some contacts. For whatever reason, the original file folder I'm importing from is called SE Contacts, so when I import it, the info doesn't get imported into the main Contacts folder, but it's own folder called SE Contacts ...

I'm using Outlook 2002. Every time I try to delete an item, it tells me "Errors have been detected in the file ...outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enable applications, then use the Inbox Repair Tool."

I have set up outlook to access 2 exchange servers. One account connects to server 1 (domain 1) as an Exchange server. Account 2 connects to server 2 (domain 2) as an IMAP server. Account 1 (the exchange account) delivers mail to a local pst file due to bandwidth restrictions.

When I imported my contact list from CSV file to Ms Outlook the Birthda field is imported successfully but it does not update my calendar, have to open each contact as save it individually in order for th birthday reminder to appear in my calendar.
