I have 2 separate email addresses set up in MS Office Outlook 2003.  I've
figured out how to check and filter incoming mail to separate them and how
to choose what address to use to reply and send new messages.
What I can't seem to figure out is how to tell it to automatically put ...

I have a user that would like a rule (so he can turn on and off as required)
that will BCC every message he sends to his secretary...
I checked the rules offering under OL2k3 but only CC is available... anyone
have any other ideas?

Hi I would like to have my sent and incoming mail together, so I can sort by

Account 2 has a different domain and my address is xxxxx@qqqq.com

In the main Outlook window, in Tools > Options > Spelling tab > the box
"Always check spelling before sending" is checked.

How does one only print Page 1 out of 5 in Outlook?    I can only print all
pages of an email.

Is there a way to make my journal entries private? I try clicking the
"Private" box in the lower right corner of the entry form but that doesn't

From time to time a dialog box titled "Enter Network Password" pops up.
This happens unexpectedly, and most times results in me typing over the User

Does anyone know of a way to change the font of the Folder list in Outlook?
We tried making changes to everywhere else that had a selectable font but it
does not seem to change the font/size of the Folder List view.

It seems View defaults for "Arrange by" is set to "Show in groups" and
"reading pane" is set to "on".
How do I set the default for "arrange by"; "show in groups" to off and
"reading pane" to none.  Seems I can only change one view at a time for each
