It is clear that in Office Live in the spam filter, that incoming mail is getting round the rules one creates by randomizing letters, or putting a phrase such VIAGRA (SUPPOSEDLY FILTERED OUT BY A RULE) in a header such as VIAGRA2d34lc9d

I have one internal client with Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003, when she creates, replies or forwards a message it stays in the outbox until she hits send recieve. I checked her outlook settings and they look OK, same as ever other client. Any ideas?

I've just upgraded to Outlook 2003, and I now have a 'mailbox' without a name. I can't open it, close it or look at it's details. If I right click it, I can try to 'Close "<0w#25>"', but if I try that it says:

I have just setup a POP3 account in Outlook for my Bellsouth.ne account. I am able to receive e-mail successfully, I can send mai successfully to any username@bellsouth.net account, but if I try t send to any other ISP account, such as username@yahoo.com o

The "News" option is gone from the Go menu in Outlook 2003. I have read the help file on how to get it back, but it is also gone from the options menu! I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone seen this? Better yet, does someone know what to do about it?

I have rules to assign categories based on keywords and sender domain min Outlook 2003. New mail gets "lost" however, as processing these rules causes the email to have the "read" flag, so I don't see the new email counter in the relevant folders. Other rules (move, forward) do

Running OL 03 and would like to know how do I manage to have my designated sub-mail folders stay expanded? Everytime I start up OL, they are collapsed, and I have to manually re-open them everytime, as I use them alot. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if dynamic is the word, but here is my dilemma: My wife and I both have email accounts. Mine is the default. :-) She will sometimes forget to use the "send using" function (which I am sure I would also do) and ends up sending messages from me, I get the replies etc. So ...

I have outlook 2000. Every item that is sent to the deleted items folder is turned into an appointment. Also, whenever I open up the deleted items folder, about 20 new appointments are created. I have scanned with SAVCE and Adaware but found nothing. I can't find any

a friend imported a PST file and apparently messed up his contacts list... when typing a new message, and click the 'to' button.. where do you control what folder that looks at for the contact list??

What is the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express? When I see in these newsgroups, a reference to Outlook, am I correct in thinking that it is the same thing as Microsoft Outlook? And isn't Microsoft Outlook an email program?
