I have setup a rule to move a copy of items I send through a specific
account to a different folder. It works except that it leaves a copy in Sent

Here is what I would like to do:
In outlook, suppose I get a message in plan text format.
I would like to open the email, and maybe make some sentences bold and colored.
and then I can save it. Hence after sometime the email will be noticable for me.

I have a client that has two machines running XP Pro SP 2 & MS Office XP.
All service packs installed.
Outlook doesn't receive email unless the user clicks in the inbox.
The email is an MS Exchange server.

Is there a way to automatically empty "deleted items", say every two weeks?
It looks like you can do this with autoarchive on that folder.
I select properties\autoarchive and tell it to run every two weeks deleting
"old items" but nothing happens.

Hopefully someone can help.  I am running Outlook 2003 and it is
configured for an EMAIL server that uses IMAP.  Every time I start
outlook 2003 and then go to the folder for the email account, it says
"updating local cache" and it takes 1-3 minutes before I can do

I'm using outlook 2002 and have downloaded emails using IMAP from my email
provider. I can receive emails fine but I cant send them at all. I've set it
up as instructed (the outgoing server requires authentification etc) but it

I am trying to sync my mail with my palm, and it will only sync the general
inbox, but my mail goes to the inbox of my mail account at my school.  How
can I either get that mail moved to the general inbox at start-up, or just
switch that to be the main inbox?
