I have several email aliases e.g. wedding@xyz.com and shopping@xyz.com forwarding email to account me@xyz.com. If I reply to an email sent to an alias like wedding@xyz.com, by outlook account setup, me@xyz.com is the default Sent From and Reply To addresses for the reply I send.

I'm trying to make the switch from OE to Outlook 2003, but I find if I go to OE for newsgroups, OE will receive any incoming email, which I don't want there - I want in the Outlook folders. Is there a way to keep OE from doing this? (using XP Home SP, comcast).

I am just really wondering how to make outlook 2003 create a view and force it to be used on all folders on all mailbox's ? and of course continue to force this view every time a folder is opened. Thanks

Howdy; I use outlook 2000. Any way to set it so it shows the entire email address and not just the person's name? If I were to add myself for instance, after I type it in, it will show "Mitchell Rudin" (underlined)

I have one user who said his entire inbox disappeared. After I spent some time looking for a virus, he said that new mail coming in was also disappearing if he clicked into another folder (like sent items) and back into the inbox.

Some of our users reminder doesn't work with outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. Although they configure the reminder correctly they don't get the reminder 15 minutes before the start time. Has anyone an idea what could cause this problem.

I've tried creating any appt. and Outlook just refuses to add it to the date I requested (August 12, 2005). It adds it with current time for today. This is driving me nuts. I cannot find anywhere on MS KB site on how to solve this.
