When I open a new message in Outlook 2003, my signature is double spaced.
When I try to change it to single space, it changes the font and color of the
signature. After I try to type a message and then change from double to
single space, it changes the font automatically.

When a message is sent to any address, they do not receive the
attachment.  The attachments are usually office documents.  We are
using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5.  We also have a surf control
server for spam filtering.  Attachments are not able to be sent

"To:" field.
I wd like to save those email addresses but do not know HOW to do it

I have setup a picture in my signature and it will not show up when i create
a new email.  I have recreated the signature but that does not help.
sometime i cant even see the picture when I try to edit it in signature

I have an app that needs to send out a hyperlink in e-mail.
The spec requires that the hyperlink not overwrite an already open
browser window *unless* there is a browser window open already that
contains another report from the same app.

When I send a link from the web using Outlook Express it goes right away
without me having to open Express.
But if I use Outlook, it won't send it until I open Outlook.
Is there any way to send a link from the web using Outlook without having to

I use ATT Worldnet thru an outside DSL provider (Verizon).  I can receive
mail just
fine (so no POP problem).  But SMTP is screwy and I do not know why.  This
began happening last night -- intermittently.  Today -- nothing will go out.

I have 2 profiles for Outlook 2000 on my Computer.  I currently am
maintaining 2 contact lists (1 for each profile).  Both contact lists are
identical so it would make sense if I could either syncronise them or
preferably - actually access the same contact list.
