How does a user create a DL so that when the recipients view the email they
do not see everyone's name, but rather just see the DL Name? I know there is
way to do this because I get emails like this all the time from other users.

We are using Outlook 2000 with exchange server. I have a user that is having
an issue where he will have emails sent to him and they do not show up in
his inbox. He can have say 3 emails sent to him and they will not show up.

I synch my pst files between two computers; one at home (Outlook 2003) and
one at work (version 2002 XP).  When at work, if I try to open a message
that was created at home on the newer version of outlook I keep getting the

Further to my post of 7th June - I still have not solved this problem.
I've recently installed Office 2003 Professional on a new computer running
Windows XP. I imported the old .pst file from my Office 2000 on another
computer.
