I just sent a message to a customer at 09.04am. He acknowledged it by
return to say thanks. Looking at the message it says I sent it at
08.04am!
My PC has the right time (uk internet clock) and the customer is here

When deleting a message in Outlook 2003 the message doesn't disappear from
Inbox, but remains with a line across the text. How can I change this so the
message will disappear from Inbox?

I've apparently run out of room for rules in my OL2k3... anyway I can
increase the number of rules I can have? or once i hit the limit that's it?

Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000.  At times I send a e-mail and the contents
disappear and a blank e-mail is sent.  The copy in the send folder is also
blank.  Any know fix for this?

I need to print out message daily. Very often, I only print out part of the
message. (As you know, the message included the past to-and-fro email.) I
have no problem with the message in html format -- just high light desired
area and choose the option "Selection" when print. But ...

This keeps on appearing in a small window when I have tried to re-download a
program that used to be on my old ISP and computer. I have recently changed

I am setting up my outlook 2003 to receive the email from my yahoo account. I
went through the directions and everything is ok until it pops up and says
enter network password with my email user name and password I put in the

If any of my users receive a mail with CC addresses specified, the server
instantly forwards/relays the message to the CC Recipient. Consequently the
CC recipient receives two copies of the mail. Both appear to have come from

I had my signature working at one time but it quit working. I must have gone
