Any one know why i cant create SubFolder to the Inbox Folder from a Service

I can create Sub Folder from my Exe but the same code failed when it run as
service ?

I would like to have Outlook load automatically with windows. How do I do it ?

Since I have been very successful (thanks to the Newsgroup) in solving my
problem in deleting the duplicate folders for that many thanks, I now kindly
ask if it is safe to delete a profile in Outlook 2003.
