I am using IMAP email in office. However, after I delete some email in my
mailbox in Outlook, the email is still there, but have a strikethrough on
those deleted items. How can I remove them from my Outlook (I mean disappear

My cell phone, which I love (Nokia 6230) has free software that syncs with

UPDATE MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

In navigation pane two Personal Folders, but in Local Settings only one
outlook.pst file. Cannot seem to get rid of the second Personal Folder which
I named duplicate. Tried all the suggestions from Microsoft site bu no luck
yet. Any ideas any one.

Can anyone tell me how to remove or edit the list that shows up under
File -> Open?  The list is of previously opened Other User's Folders, like
calendars.

Deleted all the old profiles
Complete uninstall - entire office suite including MS Messaging
