Everytime I try to send a message from Outlook 2003, opening Word automatically, the program adds a ' at the beginning and end of the address. How do I turn this feature off? I tried to contact Microsoft but the procedure they require you to go through keeps failing.

I checked mail on my account server and deleted the mail I did not want to download to my outlook 2003. When I do a send/receive it seems to work fine but there is no mail in my outlook inbox.
