Shortcuts to folders: Outlook 200331 Aug 2005 15:55 GMT1
Hi there, I have just started using Outlook 2003. In Outlook 2002 (XP?) it
was possible to create a shortcut link to a folder in the file system into
which emails could be dragged and dropped. This does not seem possible in
Outlook 2003. Can this be done or not?

Heelo! I have such a problem with Outlook from Office 2003 SmallBuisness.
Sometimes when I send an e-mail it stills in my Outbox. On details in

I have additional mailboxes in exchange.  ie me@company.com and
sales@company.com.  They show up as seperate folders in the folder list.  My

What is happening is when mail is sent, it sits in the outbox untill the
user clicks on the folder and then it goes, this is also the same for
inbound messages a user will have to click on the inbox to see any new mail.
anyone have any ideas what could be causing this, i notice ...
