Help!  I moved and converted my email from an adelphia POP3 account to AOL
IMAP account and can't get my Outlook email to work. I continue to get
messages that say I am not connected to an incoming server. I followed the
AOL and Outlook directions explicitly to set up this email ...

Running XP Pro, sp2, Office, sp1.
After closing Outlook, and upon checking the Task Manager, Outlook is still
active under the User Name column.  Sometimes multiple Outlooks after all
have been closed, seem to still be running.

One of my users keeps seeing this popup on an intermittent basis when they
try to open an attachment.  I've tried what I can find on the web about this
with no luck.  So I'm looking for more suggestions...
The environment is a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services environment

Recently some Junk-Mail images have been automatically displaying.
The HTML used to display the image is something like:

Is this preventable or a hole in the way Outlook blocks images?

Our site has upgraded from Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003.  On a new PC install
we are using Offrice 2002 and Outlook 2003 does not recognise it for use in
Message Format.  Is there a way to fix this?

I am periodically getting a popup informing me that a program is trying to
access my email addresses and asking me whether I sould allow this. When I
answer no the popup recurs several times. After the last popup Outlook
freezes up.

How do I add personalize message like my telephone numer, address My name at
the end of my message instead of me having to write it all the time

Just got a new computer with Outlook 2003 and finding it very frustrating to
deal with, particularly since I have issues with RSI.  My particular problem
this evening is that I need to change the view for all of my folders.  IE get
rid of the grid lines, get rid of the grouping, ...

I am using trial version and can only read e-mail.  How do I unlock the
documents to make modifications?  

I would like to import all my mails from an IMAP Account to a pst-file.
Simple copying is not working, because Outlook insists to copy the
subfolders. Is there any solution?
