Outlook 2003, under WinXP Pro, all updates on both. No Exchange server, just POP mail off our remote web server. I usually copy the PST to my notebook. I leave the desktop machine online and configure Outlook to leave messages on the server for five days. This

I subscribe to a number of technical mail lists where top posted replies are taboo. While I can get Outlook to prepend a ">" to the text being replied to, there appears to be no way to automatically place the reply (and signature) below the text being replied to.

I've noticed on a few replies I've received that the sender has replied to my message, then it shows my original message below it, prefixed with "Nik (Nik123@abc.com) wrote:-" (My email/contact details) and then displays my original message, indented with a coloured (blue) line ...

I use Outlook to download my Hotmail. I find it faster if I turn off the picture downloads, but would like a keyboard shortcut for turning them on rather than the click on the gray bar and then on download pictures for each one...

I use OL2003, I like to know how to extend the Desktop alert time? by default it gives me 30 sec, can I extend? one of my friend did that, but he is acting as "Big Boss" and don't want share the info, can anybody help me in this?

After Outllok comes up it freezes. Can't do anything. I've ran the repair utility, scan the hd, scanned for viruses, reinstalled Office 2000.... Other Office apps work OK.
