User has Outlook 2000 on a WinXP Pro PC and gets this error when opening attachments on some emails (not all). Tried reloading Outlook, but that made no difference. Any ideas?

Every so often, I get a message that the custom form can not be opened. Outlook will use default form instead. I am using OL2003 Unless I am sleep walking, I am unaware that I created a custom form. The only personal form I see is the SBE form which existed when I had OL2000.

All the mail moved fine , but I cannot locate the contact/addresses from the migration. I started in OE, selected 'mail & addresses',moved the store to a new location, closed & reopened the program, then used the 'import& export'from Outlook to bring in the OE folders.

All the envelopes in my 'sent' view pane are opened .. even those going to persons outside the company. Is there a way, without using the delivery confirmation feature, to ascertain if someone within the company has opened my mail?

We've upgraded from EX5.5 to EX03 and we changed our SMTP address. Now when our users goes to send an email cache email addresses comes up with the old SMTP address. Is there a way to delete the cached addresses at one time instead of individually?

When I close Outlook 2000, sometimes it still runs in the background (I checked with Cntl-Alt-Del). I have XP. Is this some kind of outside source problem? And, how do I close it each time for good, until I open it again? Thanks so much.
