I would like to have all of my e-mails that go to my comcast e-mail address
to be sent to my outlook address, how do I do this.  I'm not sure if I have
my outlook setup properly, how would I know

I am using Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000.  I cannot find a way to make a new
mail message default to Plain Text format.  Instead, a new message always
starts out as Rich Text.  And another issue, HTML format is not one of the
